NTAG 215 PPS NFC Tag with Hole for Textile Tracking is made of PPS and heat-resistant vinyl material with Ntag 215 nfc chip .A carrier capable of withstanding high temperatures, acid-base corrosion, and other special requirements. It is made of high-rigidity crystalline resin engineering plastic, featuring stable structure, heat resistance, non-toxicity, flame retardancy, chemical corrosion resistance, and good insulation properties. It can be used in rigid and durable mechanical products, as well as electrical products requiring heat and flame resistance, and in chemical equipment requiring corrosion resistance. It has extensive applications in material sorting, workpiece identification, and glass product tracking and management. Normal working temperature is﹣20℃~65℃, for special working environment such as -10℃~100℃ (14°F /212°F ) can work each 30mins and 200 cycles , high temperature 100℃(212°F) can store over 1000 hours  , -10℃~140℃ (14°F/284°F) can work each 30mins and 100 cycles .storing under 140℃(284°F) will 200 hours .They all follow IP67 level and water proof ,dust proof ,moisture proof ,etc.Another rfid frequency chips are available .

9:How are your high-temperature resistant PPS tag attached to garments or linens .

Our PPS RFID Tags are designed with various fixing methods in industrial design , They can claassified sewing method and encapspulation method . Sewing method is recommended to use round PPS tag with central hole (around 2mm diamater ) which can be directly sewn onto the edge of the linen or inside the label using high-strenth nylon thread. Fabric pouch encapsulation method makes our rfid pps tag is sewn into small fabric pouch which is sewn into the garment directly .

10:Will they come off or get damaged during long-term washing .

The RFID PPS Tag's shell body fully enclosed ultrasonic welding which can perfectly withstand high-presure and high-temperature ironing in industrial washing with a damage rate of less than 0.1%
