The NFC communication circuit built into the package has undergone fragility treatment. If the tag is torn off, the communication circuit will be destroyed and the NFC tag can no longer be read. On the basis of the NFC communication circuit, a circuit with disconnection detection function can also be placed at the opening of the package to provide the opening detection function. Even after the unpacking detection circuit is disconnected, the NFC tag can still be read. Therefore, whether the package is in an unsealed state can be confirmed with a device that supports NFC communication such as a smartphone. In addition to enhancing security, this unpacking detection function also helps to increase consumer participation, because brands can adjust the relevant content and information provided to consumers based on whether the product has been opened.

Compared with the traditional affixed NFC tag, the built-in NFC tag will not affect the pattern design of the packaging surface.
