Q1 : If you are asking which rfid chip by your exist hotel key card is even we have known the lock system type the hotel using. 

A:   Different hotel is using different chip key card even same brand chain hotels always are using different lock system , it is difficlut to confirm correctly encryption types even same rfid chip or same rfid lock system .the better solution should customer can provide real hotel used sample  card and pack to ship for us with testing .then we can know and encode right lock system key card for your double confirmation . The second solution we also can ship our exist encoded lock system rfid hotel key card  for you testing with hotel lock system , but it can not 100% compatible and first solution with your real sample card to us will first option .

Q2: What kind of format designing you should provide in printing .

A:    You should provide vector designing ( means they are can editable and not only jpg picture ) , normally will Illustrator or PDF format  .We can open with software and edit the fonts .image ,etc . also final size will 85.5 x54 mm ,  customer can leave more 3mm bleeding for factory die-cutting better .

Q3 : How can factory print right color or 100% match artwork colors during printing procedure .

A :   As we all know printing will be related with some factors such as different season's humidity ,  different period pvc raw mateial , etc . no 100% gurantee in printing industry and we only can make sure our printing can mostly match with CMYK color and customer artwork effect ,  if customer will be strictly in color and we suggest can take sample cost in sample making processing first then mass production take reference with sample color .  For standard tolerrance in printing will control between 5%-8% 

Q4 : How can customers get free sample for testing .

A  :   We can collect free sample ( white or ours pre-printed samples in our stock ) and ship to you but customer should cover the shipping cost .  If you want to sample has your own designing printing it will take sample making cost and shipping cost both .  

Q5 : How long can we get our finished order .

A:  Normally below 5000pcs hotel rfid key card can finish within 12 days including encoding lock system  except our public holiday , shipping period normally will 3-5 days and customer also can use your own logstic forwarder we can list all package details for double checking shipping cost .
