If your deployment environment includes metal barrels, electronics, or foil packaging, please inform us in advance so we can customize the structure accordingly.

Q Do you support internal memory encoding and custom variable serialization printing?

Yes, absolutely. Through our advanced crafts processing department, we can pre-encode data blocks (NDEF URLs, encryption keys, or specific asset IDs) directly into the chip. Simultaneously, we support high-resolution variable data printing including laser serial numbering, linear 1D barcodes, and complex custom QR codes to map your tracking databases perfectly.

Q What is the production lead time for large bulk projects requiring custom antenna geometries?

Armed with more than 12 sets of high-precision flip-chip and winding loop antenna assembly units, we provide robust scalable throughput. While simple paper NFC cards take 7-8 days, specialized industrial or custom shape antenna etching tag orders require a stable lead time of 15-16 working days to guarantee strict QC tolerance and lab verification.
